3. MAKE A HOT DRINK- a favorite drink, tea, coffee, hot chocolateโ€ฆ Doesnโ€™t matter! You deserve a few minutes with a treat. Also, warmth going into your body will raise your body temperature. Mentally, warm feelsโ€ฆ
