Covid-19 Lockdown 6

It was a sad start to this weeks lockdown when we discovered the death rate in Britain’s nursing home’s.

However the week brightened up as the days went on my wife and I got a quick visit from our Granddaughter and her mum as we were in the front garden.

It would be remiss of me to not to mention Captain /now Major Tom and to thank him for all the money he raised for the NHS.

Talking of the NHS the general public in the UK were out in force once again in support of these dedicated people.

I have never seen Facebook used in the way it is being used now. One video I seen was a brass band getting together on social media, and that’s just one example of what I have seen

I wonder what next week has in store for us. Anyway till the next lockdown post stay safe and well!

Covid-19 Lockdown 5

It’s been another interesting week in lockdown here in the UK.

We continue to see and hear weird and wonderful stories getting posted on social media and TV news.

Something that has continued is the national sign of appreciation for the NHS (national health service).

I was sent the above named book in the middle of the week by a person that wished to remain anonymous. Though I have an idea who it was.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I seen it on my floor behind the front door.
